Admission Process

A simple guide from application preparation to the entrance examination.

Step 1

Review the screening requirement for your intended grade level.

Step 2

Secure certified report cards, photos, PSA birth certificate, household photograph, information sheet, and family income documents.

Step 3

Use only the official AY 2027–2028 form once released.

Step 4

Attach all requirements and review your application before submission to avoid processing delays.

Step 5

Claim your test permit after payment at the principal's office.

Step 6

Grade 7: October 17, 2026. Grade 11: October 24, 2026.
